LEGAL-17784 - USA (Riverside, California) - Supplemental Security Income Advocacy Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental security income advocacy services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. – Services shall include, as applicable, all necessary follow–up and advocacy activities, including reconsiderations, hearings and appeals, and disability reviews, in accordance with the Foster Youth Benefits Advocacy Process and Benefits Advocacy Process flow charts.– Screen all dependent youth and homeless individuals identified on provided lists and review all in–progress applications at least once per month.– Collect all information required for Social Security Administration (SSA) applications, including, but not limited to, biographical, legal, medical, and educational records and information, and submit completed applications to the SSA.– Provide interpretation services as needed for clients or any foreign–language–speaking collateral contacts involved in service delivery.– Maintain all client records in a manner that ensures confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
