(1) Vendor needs to provide average acquisition cost service to the government authority located in Carson, NV.  – Actual acquisition drug prices for all covered outpatient drugs (CODs), including brand and generic legend drugs as well as covered over–the–counter drugs.– Provide for the submission of survey instruments and invoices by pharmaceutical purchasing entities.– Collect pricing of drugs purchased under the 340b discount program but exclude those prices from the calculation of agency.
