(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise network support and hosting services. • Retain and make Coalition email searchable and retrievable for up to ten years in accordance with Coalition retention instructions, legal holds, and applicable records requirements. • Back up covered servers, virtual machines, configurations, Microsoft 365 data where specified in the approved backup schedule, and other critical Coalition data. Encrypt backups, protect at least one recoverable copy from alteration or deletion, monitor jobs, and test restoration. • Provide redundancy and recovery capability for covered virtual systems and critical hosting services, with documented recovery objectives approved • Provide layered protection for internet and email access, including malware filtering, threat prevention, secure configuration, patching, and monitoring.• Maintain public websites, including elcmdm.org and vpkhelp.org and any other sites listed in the approved asset inventory, with a monthly availability target of 99.99 percent, excluding approved maintenance windows. Monitor availability and report outages. • Provide professional support for network infrastructure, cabling, switches, wireless, firewalls, routing, VPN, secure file transfer, and interoperability with Coalition and state systems. • Conduct one annual internal and one annual external network penetration assessment, including validation of remediation, through qualified personnel independent of day to day administration of the tested systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
