(1) Vendor needs to provide payment gateway, ecommerce payment and student refund disbursement services.• Payment gateway/eCommerce payment services platform provided by potential respondents and the selected respondent/contractor must include a secure, scalable payment gateway solution to support student tuition payments and institutional eCommerce transactions.• Provide a secure, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)–compliant platform for processing electronic payments.• Enable real–time payment posting to student accounts.• Support multiple payment channels (online, mobile);• Improve reporting, reconciliation, and operational efficiency• Student disbursement services provided by potential respondents and the selected respondent contractor must include a secure, efficient, and compliant solution for processing and distributing student refunds resulting from financial aid, overpayments, and other credit balances.• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of student refunds.• Provide multiple, convenient disbursement options for students(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.
