(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based financial software. – Provide implement a comprehensive municipal financial software system, ERP solution, that will enhance efficiency, and support process improvement and fiscal transparency.– Include fully customizable reports and the ability to export to or import from Microsoft Excel without extensive reformatting.– Provide comprehensive implementation assistance and ongoing technical support necessary to ensure installation and customization of the software and databases, in coordination with the town’s information technology department’s direction and guidelines, moreover, data migration.– Possible to upload documents to attach to utility customer accounts, to purchase orders, and to accounts receivable customers, notwithstanding all financial transactions and platforms as appropriate.– Able to integrate with a customer focused on–line payment platform.– Software solution should provide solutions for the following functions listed alphabetically:• Accounts payable.• Accounts receivable.• Animal licensing.• Bank reconciliation.• Capital (Fixed) assets.• Cash receipting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
