ESTATE-11778 - USA (Whittier, Alaska) - Land Appraisal Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land appraisal services to the government authority located in Whittier, AK.– Independent real estate appraisers to provide appraisals for a number of parcels to determine the fair market value of the properties.– Appraisal services may be requested to support lease administration matters including new leases, lease renewals, lease assignments or transfers, periodic rent review, amendments affecting value, changes in authorized use, or other real property matters requiring a professionally supported estimate of fair market value.– Appraiser or appraisal firm to prepare fair market value appraisals for an initial group of municipal lease properties and to provide additional appraisal services on an as–needed basis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
