(1) Vendor needs to provide Title to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA. – Qualified branding and design agency to evaluate and strengthen the visual identity of the agency’s athletics program. • Conduct an athletics brand assessment:– Review the current and historical visual identities used by all eight athletic teams.– Evaluate logos, monikers, colors, typography, graphic elements and other visual treatments.• Evaluate alignment with the agency brand:– Assess how existing athletics identities relate to the overall agency visual identity and brand standards.– Recommend an appropriate visual hierarchy and relationship among the agency brand, Athletics identity and individual team identities.• Develop athletics branding standards:– Establish clear standards that can be consistently applied across all eight athletic teams.– Provide guidance for the use of Athletics logos, team identities/monikers, colors, typography, and other visual elements.• Refine or redesign selected team identities: – Develop visual identity concepts for the selected teams that align with the newly established athletics branding system and the overall agency brand.– Develop final, production–ready visual identity assets for the selected teams.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
