(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based computerized maintenance management system.– A unified cloud–based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), asset management, and capital planning software platform– Cloud–based CMMS, asset management, and capital planning software platform integrated with the agency existing Esri ArcGIS and Laserfiche environments.– Manage work orders and preventive maintenance activities through a cloud–based CMMS.– Provide GIS–connected asset inventory, inspections, condition information, and maintenance history.– Operate with the existing Esri ArcGIS environment, including ArcGIS Enterprise hosted in Microsoft Azure and ArcGIS Online hosted feature layers.– GIS Integration Esri ArcGIS to serve as the authoritative system of record for spatial asset location and GIS–based asset inventory unless an alternative architecture is specifically proposed and accepted.– Cybersecurity requirements the proposed SaaS platform must include documented cybersecurity controls appropriate for municipal infrastructure, asset management, work order management, GIS data, Laserfiche–linked records, and operational data.– ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online Requirements Esri ArcGIS technologies and maintains GIS as a core system of record for infrastructure, facilities, cemetery, utility, and public works assets.– ArcGIS Enterprise hosted in Microsoft Azure and ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer integration.– Microsoft 365 / Azure Entra ID authentication capability.– ArcGIS Enterprise deployments hosted within a Microsoft Azure environment.– ArcGIS Online.– Hosted Feature Layers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
