(1) Vendor needs to provide radiation detection equipment and accessories supplies to the government authority located in Foothill Ranch, CA.– Supplier shall be responsible for all shipping, handling, packaging, and delivery charges unless otherwise specified in the Bid Response Form or Purchase Order.– All items shall be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment and handling.– The Supplier shall deliver all items within the number of calendar days specified in its bid following receipt of the Purchase Order.– Supplier must accept the return of new, unused items that do not meet the requested specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, or other requirements identified in the Purchase Order.– Any item determined to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or non–conforming shall be replaced by the Supplier at no additional cost.– AccuRad Personal Radiation Detection, individual packaging. Equipped with belt clip and screen protector. – The box also contains 2xAA alkaline batteries, a quick start guide, a quick card, and a spare clip. – AccuRad, Pouch, Ballistic Nylon. Includes clips, and D–Ring for MOLLE attachment – AccuRad SIM Kit with 1 simulator. Includes: 1 GS–4 source, 1 AccuRad–SIM, a carrying case (6 AccuRaRd–SIM slots), and documentation.
