– Vendor needs to provide photography and audio–visual documentation service. – Provide professional photography and audio–visual provider to document the national–level dissemination seminar.– Capture the seminar in high–quality photographs.– Record the seminar on video and produce edited video outputs.– Provide photographs and video suitable for programme, communication, reporting and knowledge–sharing purposes.– Pre–Event Planning:• Develop a documentation plan and shot list in consultation with agency.• Visit or review the venue to plan camera positions, lighting and audio capture.– Photography:• Event photography.• Speaker and panel photography.• Participant photographs.• Group photographs.– Audio–Visual Documentation:• Full event recording, with clear audio of speakers and presentations.• Short video clips for communication purposes.
