(1) Vendor needs to provide learner project–based portrait learning services to the government authority located in Fresno, CA. – Prepare an initial cohort of at least 150 educators and leaders to support the first phase of implementation.– Develop differentiated professional learning strands for teachers and instructional coaches, school leaders, and district administrators.– Prepare District staff to become qualified internal trainers, facilitators, and coaches.– Build sustainable internal capacity that reduces long–term dependence on external consultants.– Support teachers in designing, implementing, assessing, and refining standards–aligned units.– Support principals and administrators in establishing the leadership, schedules, resources, professional learning structures, and school cultures necessary for implementation.– Planning, readiness assessment, and customized implementation design.– Foundational project–based learning training.– Leadership and administrator strand.– Training–of–trainers and internal capacity development.– Ongoing instructional coaching and consultation.– Learning walks and site–based implementation support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026.
