(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing service to the government authority located in Linden, NJ. • Required to execute the city’s form contract, which includes the indemnification, insurance, termination and licensing provisions.• Monitor federal, state, and private grant opportunities.• Review City housing priorities and development plans.• Identify funding for affordable housing development, rehabilitation, and supportive services.• Advise on project positioning to maximize competitiveness.• Draft grant narratives and application materials.• Prepare statements of need supported by housing data.• Conduct housing affordability and supply analyses.• Support grant narratives with robust evidence.• Draft budget narratives and cost justifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
