(1) Vendor needs to provide economic impact study services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Provide inform strategic planning, capital investment prioritization, and master plan updates.– Communicate the agency value to stakeholders, elected officials, and the public.– Benchmark performance against peer airports and regional transportation assets.– Satisfy requirements for economic justification for regulators.– Development of a project schedule and final industry–accepted methodology (e.g. implant or equivalent professionally accepted Modeling platform), which includes data requirements, milestones necessary towards study completion and submit said schedule and methodology to the authority, in a format acceptable to the authority, for review and approval.– Study shall contain a comprehensive inventory of all economic activity occurring on agency property:– Airlines and passenger service providers.– Fixed base operators.– Fuel retailers.– Aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities.– Air cargo and freight handling providers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.
