(1) Vendor needs to provide master planning service to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.– Consulting teams to submit proposals to develop a comprehensive, ten–year master plan.– Assessment of alignment with ten–year strategic plan to guide phasing of work.– Market and peer benchmarking.– Audience experience vision and guiding principles: wayfinding, storytelling, innovation; accessibility, activation of space for visitors; virtual and physical outreach.– Phase 1: discovery and assessment– Phase 2: visioning and experience framework – Phase 3: concept development– Phase 4: financial modelling and phasing– Phase 5: final master plan(2) The contract period will be for ten years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
