(1) Vendor needs to provide audio system to the government authority located in Virginia.– The system shall include new loudspeakers, amplification, audio sources, cabling, conduit protection.– Weather–resistant AV rack/enclosure with ventilation and security hardware. – Rack–mount PDU for surge/RF protection. – New cabling for speakers, microphones, and auxiliary inputs (UV–rated, outdoor/plenum as applicable). – Audio mixer supporting microphone and program inputs with EQ, level control, and routing. – Verification of terminations, polarity, impedance/tap settings. – Gain staging of microphone and media player. – Mixer and amplifier configuration (EQ, limiters, routing).
