EXTRA-79066 - USA (North Olmsted, Ohio) - Sanitary Sewer Rate Study Service - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sanitary sewer rate study service to the government authority located in North Olmsted, OH. – A dynamic rate study analysis to support current and future utility operating, maintenance, capital, and debt service obligations.– Conduct an affordability analysis, including existing homestead discounts and secondary deduct meter credits.– Develop financial models reflecting projected changes in labor costs, consumables, operations and maintenance costs, debt service obligations, sewer repair and replacement costs, and other capital project expenditures.– Develop a long–range financial plan and rate analysis addressing.– Provide engineering services for a sewer rate study. – Review the existing debt obligations and financial commitments.– Review existing revenue sources and funding mechanisms.– Review the current sewer rates. (2) The contract period will be for seven years.
