(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological evaluation services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA.– Provide comprehensive psychological evaluation services for children, youth, parents, and caregivers.– Clinical interviews with clients and collateral contacts.– Assessment of mental health symptoms, trauma history, risk factors, substance use, developmental functioning, parenting capacity, strengths, and protective factors.– Analysis of implications for permanency planning, reunification, guardianship, or adoption.– Structured observation of client behavior in office, telehealth, community, or family environments.– Psychological substance–use screening.– Developmental and emotional functioning evaluations for children.– Observation of caregiver–child interactions in naturalistic or structured settings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
