(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster debris monitoring services to the government authority located in Sherwood, AR.• Provide independent debris monitoring, documentation, measurement, verification, inspection, reporting, and related services necessary to assist the City in administering disaster debris removal operations and documenting eligible costs• Disaster Activation and Mobilization1. Provide an emergency point of contact available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, as necessary.2. Mobilize qualified personnel to the City within the timeframe established by the City.3. Participate in initial disaster recovery and debris management meetings.4. Review the City's debris management plan, applicable contracts, maps, policies, and procedures.5. Assist the City in establishing monitoring protocols.6. Develop a monitoring deployment plan.– Collection Monitoring• Verify debris is located within eligible collection areas.• Verify debris is disaster–generated.• Verify debris is eligible under applicable reimbursement requirements.• Identify and document potentially ineligible debris.• Monitor collection points.• Verify debris is removed from approved locations.• Document quantities and/or truckloads as required.
