(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consulting services to the government authority located in Big Rapids, MI.• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes affecting employee benefits, including healthcare reform developments and cost or operational impacts.• Review benefit plan documents, contracts, insurance policies, and related materials to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency.• Assist the University in developing a multi–year benefits strategy aligned with State University’s total rewards philosophy and institutional goals.• Evaluate and recommend benefit plan design options and cost–containment strategies.• Analyze claims, utilization, and financial performance for the University’s self–funded health plan.• Provide monthly claims analysis report, conduct actuarial analysis of claims reserve and fund requirements as requested,• Monthly financial and claims reports related to the University’s self–funded health plan.• Annual actuarial analysis including claims projections, funding recommendations, and plan design.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for three years.
