(1) Vendor needs to provide water system lead service line inventory and replacement professional engineering services to the government authority located in Troy, NY. – Engineering services include: developing a lead service line (LSL) inventory, creating and executing a multi–phase LSL replacement program. – Engineering related services may include the preparation of reports, analysis of alternatives, preparation of cost estimates, development of designs for new construction, alterations, renovations and repairs, including technical documents, specifications, engineering drawings, calculations, various construction engineering services, cost estimating, funding assistance and other services as may be required with various water system facilities throughout the agency or under its responsibility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
