(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based scheduling portal solution.• Agency seeking a cost–effective, scalable, configurable, web–based Software as a Service Solution.• The Portal must be hosted in a secure cloud environment. • Portal solution should require minimal customization and rely primarily on configuration to meet current Agency requirements and support future enhancements.• Communication channels (e.g., toll‑free hotline, email, portal‑based chat)• Triage and Issue Routing• System shall allow for claims information and claims history to be accessible for Users.• System shall provide the ability to create dashboards that combine information from the system.• System shall be able to generate and export all reports in a standard format, compatible with products like Adobe Reader, Microsoft Word, and/or Microsoft Excel.• System shall support upload operations performed in the background to allow Internal Users continued access to all interface capabilities while files are being uploaded/synced.• System shall support the configuration / edit of content to be included in system notifications.
