The following is a brief description of the project: The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction for the Motor Control Center (MCC) Replacement Project for te Public Safety Building located at 501 North 9th Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The purpose of this project is to furnish and install three (3) new smaller MCCs to replace the one (1) large MCC that was damaged by an electrical fire in the basement. The project incudes demolition of the old MCC.
