(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.– construction management, inspection services, material testing, and shall demonstrate their experience in managing of projects.– Retrofit the spandrel columns within arch span with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) confinement with additional steel reinforcing confinement steel at the ends.– Using shear keys and longitudinal restrainers for seismic retrofit.– Rehabilitation includes deck treatment, clean and seal expansion joints, spalled concrete repair, girders with exposed rebar and advanced section loss.– Temporary traffic control, detours, pedestrian closures, access control, and construction staging.– Site removals and demolition, including pavement surfacing, unsound concrete, partial deck or spandrel removals, railing, barrier, and pedestal removals.– Contractor–designed temporary supports, scaffolding, and bridge access systems.– Bridge deck preparation, joint repairs, and polyester concrete overlay installation.– Concrete rehabilitation of bridge deck, soffit, girders, arch ribs, sidewalks, pedestals, barriers, and abutments.– Roadway, sidewalk, curb and gutter, grading, pavement transition, striping, signage, and delineation improvements.– Utility, electrical, lighting, pull box, conduit, and irrigation modifications and restoration.– Landscape restoration, planting, mulch, tree/root protection, and final site cleanup.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
