The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Bidders to electronically submit sealed bids for ITB 2027-04, SW 30th Ave Pit Fill. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Tuesday, December 8, 2026. Site visit can immediately follow non-mandatory pre-bid meeting if interested. Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Tuesday, November 24, 2026, 2:00 PM EST. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at a Public Bid Opening on Tuesday December 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All members of the public may attend the Public Bid Opening Workshop.
