(1) Vendor needs to provide annual presentation services. – Provide video shooting and photography at agency–related events over the course of the year. – The material will be used in the production, audio, and editing of an approximate 15–minute video to be presented at the agency.• Produce and edit a quality approximate 15–minute video using a combination of video and photo shoots and agency’s inventory of video and photographs.• Accommodate all dates, times and locations as determined by the assigned agency liaison.• Produce and edit quality audio components of the video production using a combination of audioaspects including music, voiceovers and narrating.• Have flexibility to gather video and photographic footage during peak usage times at our parksand facilities including nights, weekends, afternoons and evenings and beavailable to respond to emergent needs on as little as a 15–minute notice.• Conduct interviews and record video and audio testimonials from those interviews.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
