(1) Vendor needs to provide professional audit services to the government authority located in Prince Frederick, MD.– Consultant to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its basic financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.– The Consultant shall not be required to audit the combining, individual fund, and supporting schedules contained in the supplementary information presentations in the financial section.– The Consultant shall provide an “in relation–to“ opinion on the combining, individual fund presentations, and supporting schedules based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the basic financial statements.– Consultant shall provide an “in–relation–to” report on that schedule based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the financial statements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
