(1) Vendor needs to provide bicycle parking program service to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.• The purpose is to assist with exploring and understanding the range of bike parking options and services available.• This includes surveying current bicycle parking infrastructure, recommending types and quantities of bicycle parking across downtown, and planning for the implementation of the bicycle parking.• Bicycle parking will include short–term and long–term parking solutions that meet the needs of people working, playing, and visiting.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
