CLOTHING-1089 - USA (Kingston, Rhode Island) - Safety Shoes and Boots Supplies - Deadline June 26,2026

Vendor needs to provide safety shoes and boots supplies on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Kingston, RI. – Men’s safety boots and shoes will be available in all sizes from 8–13 and in Medium, Wide and Extra Wide widths.– Women’s safety boots and shoes will be available in all sizes from 6–11 and in Medium, Wide and Extra Wide widths.– EH Rating on all boots is required.– The inventory list must coincide exactly with the bids pricing and coding.  – Approved employees will be provided with safety shoes on an as needed basis, either a bid shoe or a bid boot.– Approved employees may elect to upgrade or choose a style other than the bid shoes or boots.– URI will provide up to $125 for non–bid styles.– URI will be invoiced for only the amount of the alternative or upgraded shoe or boot, up to $125.– Pricing (and invoices) above the $125 price is to be collected separately from the employee and paid directly to the vendor.– All merchandise will be fully warranted for six months from the date received.– Orders will not be charged for any shipping, handling, ordering, returns, or restocking fees.
