(1) Vendor needs to provide bedrock well construction and development service to the government authority located in Newburyport, MA. – Work for the Bedrock Well Construction & Development Project includes but is not limited to: furnishing permits, utility location services, site preparation, site security, labor, materials, equipment, temporary power, development, testing, sampling, and documentation required for construction of one (1) 8– inch bedrock well water production well.(2) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on October 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
