FIRE-1910 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Fire and Life Safety Third Party Code and Contract Compliance Inspections and Testing Services - Deadline October 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire and life safety third party code and contract compliance inspections and testing services in support of the construction of new buildings, additions, renovations, and alterations across University–owned and leased facilities to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Required tasks include but are not limited to: generating field reports for each site visit; documenting work inspected; providing copies of reports to contractors, reporting items of non–compliance in writing prior to leaving the site; reviewing Construction Documents to identify required inspections and testing for specific projects; and attending construction meetings as requested.
