(1) Vendor needs to provide executive coaching and principal manager capacity building services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Facilitate twice–monthly strategic sessions with the Chief of Schools focused on team capacity building, prioritization, leadership routines, and high–leverage decision–making. – Leadership practices, routines, meetings, and school visits to collect evidence, identify growth opportunities, calibrate quality standards, and provide actionable coaching. – Support principal managers in developing leadership habits that increase ownership, define outcome–oriented metrics, and link leadership actions directly to results. – Collaborate on defining priorities, establishing progress–monitoring systems, reviewing implementation data, and coaching school leader managers to sustain positive learning environment cultures.
