Vendor needs to provide cyber application solution to the government authority located in Rome, NY. – Research, design, develop, implement, and refine next–generation alternate access cyber capabilities supporting organizations in support of operational activities to advance the nation’s ability to prepare and fight wars in contested and/or disconnected adversarial environments, as well as to build enduring advantages in Cyberspace.– The enhancement of cyber resilience of the Joint Force through development of alternate access capabilities supporting the operational activities will ensure its ability to fight through contested and/or disconnected cyberspace environments– The prioritization of necessary reforms to meet the intelligence needs of the cyberspace operations community.
