EXTRA-72426 - USA (Richmond, California) - State Report Development Consulting Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide state report development consulting services to the government authority located in Richmond, CA.– Provide a well–informed assessment of the kinds of services, resources and opportunities that are most needed and effective.– This will include analysis and synthesis of existing quantitative data sets and reports, as well as qualitative data such as feedback and input from impacted community members and other relevant stakeholders (i.e. formerly incarcerated, youth, elderly, unhoused, faith–based, those with vulnerable mental health, those impacted by trauma or abuse), service providers, advocates, and city or public systems staff.– Proposals are expected to outline their community engagement strategy and outreach plan for collecting data across the agency, including research methods and activities (e.g. GIS mapping, surveys, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, community forums, etc.).– Research existing programs and models in the agency or cities with similar demographics:– Research and assess other effective models (from within and outside of the city) of direct service delivery, community wellness programming, and multi–parter coordination or collaboration, particularly.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
