(1) Vendor needs to provide single–family rehabilitation and reconstruction program services to the government authority located in Texas.– Surfaces and base courses for roads, streets, parking areas, and sidewalks shall be made durable.– Soil treatment and pressure treated lumber are chemical barriers and will be used for protection against damage by decay.– Flashing shall have a service life at least equal to that of the assemblies it is meant to protect, and shall be constructed of aluminium or steel sheet metal.– Weather stripping shall be properly fitted to eliminate excessive infiltration of dust, snow, or rain.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
