(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations, communications and marketing services.– Services include but are not limited to public relations, strategic communications, issues and risk management, crisis communications, branding, research, digital and social media, marketing, media placement, and community relations.– Develop and refresh platforms, brand positioning and campaign strategies aligned with Airport priorities. – Create branding and naming strategies for major Airport initiatives, capital projects, passenger programs, special events and marketing campaigns. – Produce production–ready assets for digital, print, broadcast and airport placements. – Provide photography, videography and campaign art direction, including the repurposing of existing Airport–owned assets where available. – Recommend, purchase and manage a mix of media ads (digital, print, broadcast, out–of–home) suited to each campaign's budget and target audience. – Analyze and report performance through dashboards measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including advertising, digital, website, social media, earned media, sentiment, brand reputation, audience engagement and Return on Investment (ROI). – Perform website development and content updates, campaign landing pages and microsites, coordinating with the Airport's website Content Management System (CMS). – Advise on integration with Airport digital tools (e.g., booking/traveler–intelligence platforms) where applicable. – Provide campaign–specific social creative, paid social management and performance analysis. – Support planning and logistics for media events, ribbon cuttings, community forums and other events.
