(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise social media operations and listening platform. – Provide enterprise social media management and listening platform to support multiple departments.– Solution will provide centralized tools for content publishing and scheduling, account management, approvals, audience engagement, social listening, media monitoring, analytics, and reporting across major social media platforms.– Social Media Operations and Management: Managing and publishing content across social media accounts; coordinating workflows and approvals; engaging with residents and stakeholders; responding to questions and concerns; managing account access and governance; and measuring communication performance.– Listening, Monitoring, and Intelligence: Monitoring social media, news media, and publicly available online sources to identify and analyze conversations, emerging issues, media coverage, public sentiment, trends, potential threats, rumours, and mis– or disinformation.– Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, etc. (Required): Supported account–management, publishing, engagement, and monitoring capabilities, including any material limitations or required native platform activity.– Solution supports centralized content creation and publishing across connected social media accounts.– Solution’s support for paid social media activities, including supported platforms, material limitations, required native–platform activity, and additional fees. – Enterprise administrators must be able to view scheduled, drafted, pending approval, published, failed, and canceled posts across all county departments, accounts, and platforms.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
