(1) Vendor needs to provide outside legal counsel service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide the board with services on an as–needed, as–requested basis in a variety of matters.– Administration and governance of the guaranteed tuition plan.– Impact of state legislation affecting the plans, foundations, programs and funds.– Management of investment activities, including respective investment policies for the plans and program.– Intellectual property rights, administrative law.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
