(1) Vendor needs to provide customer notice printing and processing services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA– Responsible for, but not limited to, printing, mail handling, and postage services for customer notices within the City’s water, wastewater, and stormwater service areas.– Volume will vary based on project needs, quantities generally range from 50,000 to 100,000 units printed, sealed and mailed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
