(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, develop, hosting, implementation, migration service using content management system and digital services platform. • Design the website with a modern, professional, and user–friendly interface.• Develop a responsive website compatible with desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.• Provide a scalable Content Management System (CMS) allowing authorized personnel to update content.• Integrate social media feeds and multimedia content.• Migrate existing website content, files, media, and archives as needed.• Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)• Implement routine vulnerability scanning and patching.• Protect against unauthorized access, ransomware, and web attacks.• Provide ongoing technical and content support.• Assist with digital communications and public relations strategies.• Provide recommendations for ongoing website improvements.• Public listing of employment opportunities.• Position filtering by department, location, category, and status.• Search functionality.• Online application submission capability or integration with existing systems.• Downloadable job descriptions and forms• Organized categories and searchable indexing.• Mobile–friendly directory access.• Integrate with Google workspace for Education for identity log on.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
