(1) Vendor needs to provide grant consulting services to the government authority located in Homestead, FL. – Provide comprehensive grant consulting services, services may include, grant funding research and identification, grant writing and application development, and post–award grant management and administration. • Grant research and identification:– Conduct ongoing research to identify funding opportunities from federal, state, regional, and private sources aligned with agency priorities.– Monitor grant databases, agency notices, and legislative updates for relevant opportunities. – Provide regular reports or alerts summarizing funding opportunities, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and match requirements.– Analyze funding feasibility, competitiveness, and alignment with agency projects.• Grant writing and application development:– Prepare high–quality, competitive grant applications, including narratives, forms, and supporting documentation.– Coordinate with agency departments to gather technical data, project details, budgets, and supporting materials.– Develop detailed project descriptions, scopes, schedules, and performance measures.– Assist with preparation of cost estimates, benefit–cost analyses, and required financial documentation.– Ensure compliance with all grant program requirements, guidelines, and submission procedures.– Review and edit agency–prepared grant materials for clarity, completeness, and competitiveness.• Grant management and administration:– Provide post–award grant administration services to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and grant agreements.– Assist with grant agreement review, execution, and compliance tracking.– Prepare and submit required reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and reimbursement requests.– Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and compliant execution.– Support audit preparation and documentation, including adherence to federal and state requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance).– Assist with grant closeout procedures and final reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
