DRA-11276 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Annual Ridership Survey and Report Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide annual ridership survey and report services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.– The survey will be developed in collaboration with Marketing staff. Surveys must also be available in English and Spanish.– Agency uses the survey to measure attitudes and opinions on timely issues such as new bus features, passenger amenities, public information resources, cleanliness, security, etc.– The survey is currently conducted as a representative online and telephone survey and requires a minimum of 1,000 complete responses.– The final survey must include an open–ended question allowing respondents to provide a free–text comment. The open–ended question shall provide various options for categorization, generally matching the primary topics of the main survey portion.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
