Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Colorado.• General Areas & Offices (Weekly): Empty all trash receptacles, vacuum all carpeted areas, wipe down and sanitize and hard surfaces that are free of clutter, and clean all hallway floors (sweep/mop).• Restrooms (Weekly): Clean and sanitize all toilets (six total public, plus two office bathrooms), urinals (two total), sinks, mirrors, and floors. Restock toilet paper and paper towels. Empty trash.• Kitchen Area (Weekly): Wipe down counters, tables, and sink. Empty trash and sweep/mop floors.• Entryways (Weekly): Sweep/mop hard floors, vacuum entrance mats, and clean glass doors.• Large Conference Room (Monthly and ad–hoc): Vacuum, wipe down tables and surfaces, empty trash, and ensure the room is fully prepped and/or cleaned after use.
