(1) Vendor needs to provide IT managed services to the government authority located in Paramus, NJ.– Deliver comprehensive enterprise managed services for its enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem.– Responsible for day–to–day administration, custom development, integration, access control, and reporting across the Ellucian product suite and associated enterprise systems.– Maintain operational stability, high availability, continuous enhancement, and proactive data governance. – Technology leadership and management services and support.– Network and infrastructure services and support.– Enterprise resources planning (ERP) and enterprise applications services and support.– Provide IT leadership and develop policies and procedures that support the college’s mission and strategic goals.– Business intelligence and reporting.– Oversee unified communications services (telephony and videoconferencing), including system development, maintenance, vendor management, call monitoring, cost reporting, inventory and backup, training, and technical support.– Provide ERP and enterprise application support, including system configuration, integration with other platforms, workflow optimization, and coordination with the vendor for updates and enhancements.– Manage IT assets, including procurement, inventory control, licensing, and leasing where applicable.– Provide 24/7 IT Help Desk for students, staff, and faculty that answers calls, logs and tracks service requests, resolves common desktop support issues, and escalates unresolved issues to the on–site IT team.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
