DRA-11799 - USA (San Francisco, California) - Travel Study Services - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide travel study services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.• Consultant shall develop field–ready survey instruments and make revisions throughout the life of the project to improve data quality, address operational considerations, and respond to evolving stakeholder data needs.• Consultant shall evaluate effectiveness of participant recruitment strategies, data retrieval methods, use of incentives to encourage the participation of targeted population groups, non–response issues for often problematic survey questions (e.g., household income, race/ethnicity, etc.), and the quality of any geographic data collected.• This work shall include contributing to the design, content development, and ongoing maintenance of a project website; evaluation of potential social media applications; development of survey promotion and participant recruitment materials, and preparation of technical memoranda, white papers, and other communications related to the survey design, implementation and results.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 13, 2026.
