Request for Proposal (RFP): Graphic Design and Printing Services for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Water Use Report About West Basin Municipal Water District: The West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) is committed to ensuring the sustainable use of water resources within our jurisdiction. As a Municipal Water District, West Basin plays a vital role in managing and providing reliable water supplies to our communities in a responsible and environmentally conscious manner. Each year, West Basin develops the Water Use Report to inform its customer agencies, Board of Directors and key stakeholders of the service area’s annual water usage as well as each customer agency’s retail usage. It is designed to be a water resource reference tool summarizing the following information: 10-year historical water use (imported, recycled, and groundwater) Water use by month over the most recent fiscal year Potable meter connection data Recycled water connections Imported & recycled water rates & charges. Contact information For the 2022-2023 fiscal year, West Basin seeks to enhance the presentation of our annual water use report. We recognize the importance of conveying complex data in an accessible and visually engaging manner. Therefore, we are inviting experienced graphic design firms and professionals to submit proposals for this project. We will also be seeking a limited print run of the water use report for distribution to staff, directors, customer agencies, and other interested parties. Approximately 25 copies.
