GIS-2103 - USA (Edmond, Oklahoma) - GIS Data Updates Services - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS data updates services to the government authority located in Edmond, OK.– Provide services to update and maintain multiple GIS data layers as new development occurs in the city, as capital improvement projects are completed, as field corrections are identified and new planning and zoning projects are introduced.– Update and improve the data layers that consist of annotation, parcels, plats, easements, water, wastewater, storm infrastructure, zoning, specific use permits and fiber.– Update the current GIS layers with the plan information and then update the locations of visible features including manholes, water valves, service laterals, wyes and inlets from a field survey with +/–3cm accuracy.– Require modification of parcel and plat boundaries to better align with the aerial, planimetric and utility data.– ESRI GIS System of record for all location information, assets, and inventory. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
