Vendor needs to provide comprehensive english language development program service to the government authority located in New Kensington, PA.   – For students who are identified as requiring English Learning Services.– This includes but is not limited to multi–lingual learners, English as a Second Language, and English Language Learners (newcomers/new joiners/entering, emerging, developing, expanding, bridging, and reaching).– To purchase a comprehensive English Language Development series for grades K–12. – This should include curricula resources and programs for newcomers/new joiners/entering,emerging, developing, expanding, bridging, and reaching learners.– The curricular materials should address the 4 domains of tested language: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
