MB-10442 - USA (Maryland) - EMS Supplemental Payment Program and Cost Report services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services Supplemental Payment Program and Cost Report services.• The services include project management, County data analysis, report preparation and review, information submittals.• Providing guidance to the County regarding the information and documentation that would be needed to prepare the Cost Report.• Analyzing the information provided by the County and ensuring that it is sufficient and in compliance with the reporting requirements.• Submitting the completed Cost Report to the State of Maryland reporting portal.• The Contractor must review the financial, statistical, billing, and ambulance utilization information provided by the County and compare it with the data guidance from agency.• Report Preparation, Review, and Submittal: The Contractor must prepare a Microsoft Excel–based support file with supporting documentation for the ESPP (emergency medical services Supplemental Payment Program) Cost Report submission.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
