25-20 FY25 Dirt Road Paving Project

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the stabilization of dirt roads located within urbanized areas of unincorporated Bay County. The project will include six (6) local dirt roads with a combined total of approximately 1.246 miles. The roads included within the scope of this project are as follows: S Bright Ave, N Bright Ave, E 39th St, McCall Rd, Pittsburgh St, Quick Ln. Contractor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to complete the project. The project will consist of earthwork, erosion control, asphaltic concrete pavement, drainage improvements including but not limited to the grading of ditches/swales, signing and marking, storm inlets and storm pipes.
