CSE-24334 - USA (Danville, Virginia) - Security Improvements Installation Service - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security improvements installation service to the government authority located in Danville, VA. • Access control:– Install MPA or approved equal access control system– 4 exterior doors for the Aviation Training Facility building – entry only for 3 street side doors and entry/exit for east side door to Hangar 300.– 1 exterior door for Hangar 100.– 7 internal doors – entrance to each wing from the central shared space/each shared classroom.– Provide adequate power for all access control locations.– The access control system should include management software that will be housed on site.– System should be supported by battery backup.• Camera system:– Install a 16 Channel NVR Watchdog or approved equal in the IT closet capable of supporting at least 10 cameras with 20 TB of NVR rated enterprise storage to retain data for 30 days.– Provide only data drops for two cameras for Hangar 100.– Install 4 Watchdog or approved equal, 8MP Varifocal IP outdoor rated cameras– Install 6, Watchdog or approved equal 8 MP Varifocal IP indoor cameras– System should be supported by battery backup.– Installation should use Cat6 cable. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
